What is your shipping, handling, and order cut-off time?

The cut-off time for orders will be 3:00 p.m. (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Our lead or order processing time is 5-7 days (Monday-Friday).
Our transit or order delivery time is 10-20 days (Monday-Sunday).

Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@studionafay.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. If Studio Nafay has received payment, the order status will show “Processing”.

What is the processing time for orders?

Although we are a small group, we will do our best to help you get your Bags. We are not magicians. It may take up to five business days for your order to be processed and packed. All orders ship via 7-10 days shipping. If you need it urgently, please email us and we will work something out.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
